      In October 2008, FMC BioPolymer acquired Co-Living a Chinese food ingredient company in Guangzhou. The acquisition enhanced and strengthened FMC BioPolymer’s leadership position in supplying specialty stabilizer products and services to customers in the rapidly growing food ingredient market in China.

      With this acquisition, the BioPolymer Asia food ingredient organization consists of one acquired blending facility in Guangzhou and two laboratories in Shanghai and Guangzhou.
